¶. Isaiah 53:11. By his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many, for he shall bear their iniquities, compared with

1 Peter 2:24. Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we being dead to sin should live to righteousness, by whose stripes you were healed.

25 For you were as sheep going astray, but are now returned to the Shepherd, and Bishop of your souls.

Ver. 3. For I delivered to you first of all, that also which I received, how that Christ died for our sins, according to the Scriptures.

1 Timothy 2:4. Who will have all men to be saved, and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Ver. 5. For there is one God, and one Mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

Ver. 6. Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time (1 Corinthians 6:20). You are bought with a price.
