Inlighten O Lord my Soul, sanctifie my Body, govern my affections, and guide my thoughts, that in the fastest closure of my eye-lids, my Spirit may see you, and in the depth of sleep may be conversant with you; suffer me not to forget you my great Creator, but to remember you in the days of my youth, before the evil day comes nigh to me.
