Verse 6 (Paraphrase)
YEa, in the performance, and discharge of this duty, my soul is intent upon you, and in its whole frame turned towards you, and that with such diligence and watchfulness in looking out after every way, and means of your appearance, of your manifestation of your self, and coming unto me, that I excell therein those who with longing desire, heedfulness, and earn expectation, do wait and watch for the appearance of the morning; and that either that they may rest from their night watches, or have light for the duties of your worship in the Temple, which they are most delighted in.
Yes, in carrying out and maintaining this duty, my soul is fixed on You, and in its whole disposition turned toward You. I watch with such diligence and alertness for every sign of Your appearing, Your self-revelation, and Your coming to me, that I surpass even those who watch with longing desire, careful attention, and earnest expectation for the morning light — whether they watch to be relieved from their night duties, or to have light for the acts of worship in the temple they love so dearly.
