The Watch-man of Ephraim was with my God

The Watch-man of Ephraim was with my God.

They professed more than ordinary judgment in the knowledge of God's mind, and acquaintance with the ways of God, and yet they were snares to the people. From where observe:

Every man in his erroneous opinion does pretend to be with God, and for God; and without this indeed he could never be a snare to those that profess themselves to be the people of God.
